Cooperative housing is a unique model in offering affordable housing that might not always be familiar to new members. And even for those who are familiar with the cooperative model, each co-op and each house is unique. So we support our new members along the way by providing orientation, on-boarding, and ongoing supports to facilitate your success in getting settled, getting around, getting along, and getting involved.

GRACC is committed to building an inclusive and diverse community, and we are seeking people who want to connect, grow, and create with us. If living in an intentional community is something you are seeking, we encourage you to apply.

Application Process:

  1. Submit your application using the link below. Our Membership Director will contact you to follow up on your application and to answer questions you may have.

  2. Once your background check clears and income is verified, you’ll be invited to a house and rooms tour, a house dinner and a house meeting so our members can meet you and so you can meet them. We’ll have questions to get to know you better and we encourage you to have questions for us as well.

  3. After those meetings if you indicate you want to move forward in seeking membership, house members will vote by consensus and our Membership Director will inform you of the outcome and the next steps.
